Return the item to us in the original packaging and we will refund the full purchase price (including outgoing postage), you just pay the return postage cost.

Sorry to be mean but the quibbling starts after 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a ‘change of mind’ return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
